2.1 Governance - Sustain a robust model of governance for TES through Articles of Endowment and Organisation established in 2020, and through a duly constituted Board of Directors committed to the continued success of TES and its 'One School' principle.

2.2 School leadership - develop an appropriate and efficient leadership structures within the Sections and across the whole school.

2.3 Continue to promote and encourage authentic student leadership opportunities.
